Because it's been raining for three weeks straight now; and my holiday starts tomorrow afternoon and IT WILL STILL BE RAINING TOMORROW AND THE REST OF THE COMING WEEK; and because some ego-stroking is always good for deluge-induced feelings of depression, not to mention the soul *g*:
