I love your take on Timov and her marriage to Londo. Timov choking under the limitations for Centauri women (noblewomen at any rate) is a great way to explore Centauri society from the female pov, and her encounters with Vir and G'Kar, especially the later, as well as her perspective on them make for excellent side portraits. As for Londo:

That silly, stubborn eagerness to please, to be worthy, to be noticed, so much that he forgot what he valued for himself.

A one sentence down to the point analysis, and best of all, you phrased it in a way that feels right for Timov. (Many stories make the mistake of giving their characters insights into other characters that feel more like the author is talking, not the character in question.)
