Londo and G'Kar visiting Paris is so unexpected, and yet it fits so well for some reason. There is a bit of a Centauri feeling to the city, I think. I love how Vir loves Paris and how he's the only person in the universe to thinks public restrooms are a wonderful experience, worth talking about.
The relationship between Londo and G'Kar is sweet, in their own unique way. I love G'Kar's protectiveness, the touching each other and the usual banter.
The story itself is very entertaining. I kept wondering where they would go next and what would happen to them. The way you mix the narrative with jokes and hints that something is not quite right is wonderful. (I really, really enjoyed reading this, in case you can't tell.) It's funny, witty and cute, and just a little bit heartbreaking at the same time. And now I want to know what exactly was written on that note, although it's fitting that we don't get to read it.
Oh, and Londo would totally love Baudelaire.
