Man, do I wish I had more for you, but you've really covered my three resources right there. Your fic reminded me of the other "extended scene" treatment of that same bit, "The Void and Cloudless Sky", which can be found at http://amonitrate.livejournal.com/222182.html (I have no idea how to format replies). My other favorite piece of Dale 'n' Albert fic is "Healing the Living", which falls in a sort of solid UST slash category but never climbs higher than a PG-13 for disturbing case-related imagery. Those are really the only two I can think of off the top of my head that impressed the hell out of me. Sorry I can't help more, but Twin Peaks is a very narrow fandom as far as the Albert-centric fanfiction is concerned.

Oh, and I usually go Cooper/Albert, despite the first-name, last-name thing due to what they call one another. It'd need to be a hell of a moment for Albert to call Cooper 'Dale'.
